Athlete Spotlight: James
We've met some stellar athletes at Excelsior. James Bernadin is one of them. He's been putting in time in the clinic, conditioning with CJ, and in a couple Kinstretch classes preparing for an upcoming pro fight end of September. CJ will be in his corner.
