We dedicate one of the last Kinstretch classes of each year to a total reboot on the CARs.

CARs [Controlled Articular Rotations] is a comprehensive movement system we rely on in our clinic, coaching, and classes. CARs provides a rubric to ASSESS, TREAT, and TRAIN all major joints of the body.
