CONSULT + ASSESSMENT 60 mins @ $75 Meet us, see our facility, share your journey, goals, and setbacks. We'll do an abbreviated FRA (Functional Range Assessment), give you a detailed clinical analysis of your joint capacity, tissue quality, and neurological control for your area of concern. From there we can help direct treatment and/or training inputs for your specific situation. Leave with all the data you need to help decide if excelsior is right for you. WHAT TO EXPECT

FUNCTIONAL RANGE RELEASE THERAPY 60 to 75 mins @ $150 Treatment sessions take place on a therapy table. The work seeks to alleviate chronic pain, correct poor motor patterns, restore full range of motion, and increase function. Our work is informed by anatomy, physiology, exercise science, the research of Functional Range Systems®, and tissue-specific joint-specific bodywork. WHAT TO EXPECT

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH COACHING 60 mins @ $90 One-on-one training targeting all the joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia that create movement, especially the movements YOU specifically need for daily life, activities, or sport. The science of CARs, PAILs/RAILs, end-range strength training, progressive overload, and the Internal Strength Model ® are the top tools we use with clients, from rehabilitators to pro athletes. BOOK COACHING
KINSTRETCH 60 mins @ $20 A small group class built upon the principle of end-range strength training: tissue-specific and joint focused targeting of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia that create movement. This is how we rehabilitate, strengthen, and train. And how we safely and sustainably increase range of motion and articular control: the prerequisites for any and all movement. SELF-DEFENSE led by Ellie (Women Empowered® Trained) Stay tuned for group drop-in class, individual coaching, and workshop events in non-violent countermeasures for women. Together, we take our strength and longevity principles into self-defense education, introducing some of the most common threat scenarios, and responses like awareness, boundary-setting, distance management, and leverage— instead of relying on speed, force, or athleticism.
