Hot Cider 5K

A couple Sundays ago, a few Kinstretchers had the opportunity to participate in the Harrisburg Hot Cider Hustle. Some of the team had never completed a 5k (3.1 miles) before. And they worked hard.

At the finish line, there were mugs of hot cider! Some of the team met back at Excelsior afterward for Kinstretch. Thanks to CJ for planning a hip, knee, foot, and spine class on just the right day. It was a perfect way to recover after the run.
