90 / 90 Breathing

 

Introducing 90/90 Breathing. If you’ve been in the clinic before, you may have done this drill with us. 90/90 Breathing uses the breath to bring the lumbar spine out of extension and into flexion. It is one of our go-to tools to begin to change the neurological wiring of an overly extended spine.
