INTEGRATIVE BODYWORK 60 to 75 mins @ $150 Treatment sessions take place on a therapy table. The work seeks to alleviate chronic pain, correct poor motor patterns, restore full range of motion, and increase function. WHAT TO EXPECT

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH COACHING 60 mins @ $90 One-on-one training targeting all the joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia that create movement, especially the movements YOU need. CARs, base positions, PAILs/RAILs, end-range strength training, progressive overload, and the FRS Internal Strength Model are some of go-to tools for athletes, rehabilitators, retirees, students, and all levels. BOOK COACHING
KINSTRETCH 60 mins @ $20 A small group class built upon the principle of end-range strength training: tissue-specific and joint focused targeting of the muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia that create movement. This is how we rehabilitate, strengthen, and train. And how we safely and sustainably increase range of motion and articular control: the prerequisites for any and all movement. SELF-DEFENSE 120 mins led by Ellie (Women Empowered Trained) Personal training sessions in non-violent countermeasure for adults, women, and children. Together, we take our strength and longevity principles into self-defense education. We look at some of the most common threat scenarios, and responses like awareness, boundary-setting, distance management, and leverage— instead of relying on speed, force, or athleticism. We are currently holding pilot sessions only. We may also host an educational event in the future covering self-defense basics for women and girls. Share your interest below for more details.
